Hilkiah the high priest said to Shaphan the court secretary, “I have found the Book of the Law in the LORD’s Temple!” Then Hilkiah gave the scroll to Shaphan, and he read it.
2 Kings 22:8
When God’s Word is read, we should expect some sort of revival.
Do I react with joy that I have the Book of the Law/God’s written word in my hands, AND that I have Holy Spirit to teach me everything I need to know?
Do I despair when I don’t obey His commands, and follow His way?
Do I realize my response to God’s Word can change the lives of others?
