Truly, O God of Israel, our Savior, you work in mysterious ways.

Isaiah 45:15

God is 

• Autonomous, and will appoint anyone to accomplish His purpose. Cyrus
• Creator of everything and there is no god like Him.
• Sovereign, and it isn’t wise to question Him.
• Redeemer, and extends salvation to Gentiles, as well as Israel.

I love when God repeats Himself in the testaments.

Every knee will bend to me, and every tongue will declare allegiance to me.
Isaiah 45:23b

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Philippians 2:10-11

In the face of adversity and times of uncertainty, trust who God is.
